Add get_revision, get_revision_by_uri, get_revisions to BasePolarion. These methods are supported by the Polarion SOAP API but were not implemented by pylero. Added in the base class in order to be used both for Document and WikiPage classes. Signed-off-by: Eli Mesika<emesika@redhat.com>
