Remove space reserved for scrollbar in database cell markdown

Without the change:

Notice the green 'padding' space meaning that markdown text is not properly centered.

With the change:

Notice that markdown text is properly centered, including the 'Select' labels' text.

Since Obsidian add to its roadmap databases I am not maintaining the project as the last year. I am working into another plugin but we can create a minor version with some maintaining changes like this one
