Quick summary
MotorStorm has a variety of post processing effects that gum up the screen. all the others like dust, whatever else work fine. Mud has been broken since day one afaik.
Details
The mud effect should blur like real hardware. On rpcs3 it shows up as a kind of gritty dirt. On real hardware, it's smooth and fades out smoothly as well.
RPCS3 (pay attention to the grime on the screen)
