Motivation
rocFFT removed the set_scale_factor_single and set_scale_factor_double routines, leaving only set_scale_factor
Technical Details
The old interface cannot be used anymore, because there are no corresponding C functions in rocFFT. One interface must be deleted and the other must be modified in order to bind the right one.
