Contribution description
This PR fixes a small oversight that was made with the structure guide. When it was merged it still had some references via doxygens
@refsystem left. This should simply swap them out with working links.I decided to always use full links so the guide is completely usable/clickable on github or in the IDE whenever developers read through it.

This has no testable changes.
