update package pkg/driver_sx126x from v1.0.0 to v2.3.2 in order to support LR-FHSS

LR-FHSS is a new modulation used by LoRaWAN datarates (DR8 to DR11 forEU868) in Regional Parameters 1.0.4.

Could you update the package pkg/driver_sx126x from v1.0.0 to v2.3.2 in order to support LR-FHSS ?

Demo of LR-FHSS with the pkg/driver_sx126x package (with v2.3.2) will be demonstrated in-orbit by Thingsat (RIOT firmware) which includes a Semtech SX1262 configured for RX (LBT and Spectrum Scan) and TX (LR-FHSS).
