Feature Proposition: Auto Pause on Startup Toggle

This is more a feature change request or proposition than something new. I'd like to get many opinions here.

Request: Some way of not auto resuming on startup if un-paused.

Why?: The most usual circumstances I find myself restarting comfyui is due to the queue using 99% VRAM. In this case, if one forgets to pause, one will often have to pause and restart a second time. Many times I have found unpausing to waste time in this manner.

Reservations: In many circumstances auto resuming is a desired feature that allows more user autonomy, I've benefited from it many times.

Ideas: 1. If user hits Shift the pause/play button changes slightly (similar to how run does) signifying that auto-resume will not happen upon fresh start. 2. If user clicks after holding 'shift', this triggers run function without auto-resume.

Another approach would be an option menu with toggle to auto-pause on startup. Only after comfyui has been started/restarted it will automatically pause.

Benefits: This way both functionalities remain optional. One also has the benefit the queue manager with basically the vanilla run functionality.

Am I missing something?

Great. I might add an option like "Run state on start" where you can choose from Run, Pause, Last known state or something to that shape. Most likely in the next major release since it's where I have options API worked on already (think v0.1.0 rather than a minor bugfix to the current version).

As a workaround you can try Pause, Load, Delete. Deleting / canceling the job should delete it from database even though it might still continue running due to VRAM overload preventing any action on the job within a python. That should prevent the job from running again when you restart comfyui even if you forgot to pause.
