Include signature timestamp in verifyMessage result

Changes:

• verifyMessage now returns a signatureTimestamp field containing the creation date of the first encountered valid signature. The field is null if the message is not signed, or if all signatures are invalid.
• fix/change the behaviour of verifyMessage on error: return errors if message verification fails
