Changes between Umbraco 16.0.0 and 16.1.1 of note:
It looked to me like none of the above changes affected Umbraco.TinyMCE or that we needed to port those changes over. Its worth taking a look yourself though. Let me know if I missed something and need to try to implement these same changes in Umbraco.TinyMCE |

Upgrading Umbraco.TinyMCE to Umbrco 16.1.1 which is currently latest.
Also upgrading some npm dependencies to match Umbraco 16.1.1
