Updated README.md's broken link to the Prism website's documentation.

I apologize for not creating an issue for this first. If need be, I can do so for formality.

• The link would resolve to a 404 Not Found

thanks for the PR... good catch... if you could actually update the link as shown that would be great. We will be updating the engine that builds the docs which will eventually mean the /docs part will go away.
