Just realised the uprating logic is failing to hit parameters in parameter scales, which is preventing the income tax by income band parameter from uprating and throwing off the income tax calibration. Will be fixed once openfisca/openfisca-core#1113 is through but I could implement a fix in OpenFisca-Tools in the meantime |
