Add model benchmark data

Description

Added time and mAP benchmark data for YOLOv5, YOLOv5u, YOLOv8, and YOLOv11 for users' consideration.

I think I'd like to see the RKNN benchmarks under a Benchmarks folder, similar to how we have simulation under a simulation folder with an index.html linking to the various pages. At this time, these are the only benchmarks we have, but I anticipate wanting to add further benchmarks in the future, and this would simplify the process.
