Only install modules that are missing.
Make generate_schema into a perl script that loads the config file and uses its entries for the db connection.
Reran generate schema, which filled in some missing info in the schemas. Also had to clean up/regenerate some files because they'd been modified, so dbicdump didn't want to touch them. This also adds the missing 'salt' field from the user table, which is needed now.
Add the correct methods to make bcrypt work.
Removes spurious space, and duplicated code.
If you eval the change, if there's an error, it gets hidden -- we want to be aware of errors.
When showing a blog entry, put its title in the titlebar of the browser.
