Description

1、自动并行后端默认使用 PIR 执行器；
2、修复 test_pass_quantization 单测 bug：

  • 完善 save combine op kernel 选择逻辑
  • 注册 moving_average_abs_max_scale 到 PIR 并打通执行
  • 注册 quantize_linear 及 dequantize_linear 到 PIR 并打通执行
