这里需要将编译选项options也纳入 binary 唯一识别号中，因为不同的编译选项下的 binary 是不同的。

本次优化重点是 首帧（有cache）的情况，mali gpu的性能表现，在华为三款机型上有一些提升
kilin 990上首帧（有cache）耗时149.596，其中约100ms是conv2d_1x1_mali kernel PrepareForRun中filter的NCHWToImage(65ms),MemcpySync(30ms)
