This PR introduces the Gazebo model for the OmniQuad platform.

It is used for testing and validating PX4 PR (PX4/26281)

More info on the platform can be found here

- Created a base model to hold common drone geometry and sensors
- Simplified main model to handle just plugin loading

The stl.file file for the mesh is 10MB. Would it be possible to resuce it to < 1MB?

FYI only, if these are general requirements for every STL file you can add them as a checklist for copilot reviews. Might save you a bit of time.
