Does anybody have 60 fps patch by any chance?

I tried this, didn't work:

Unfortunately, unplayable, everything is too fast for me.

Can confirm this Progressive Scan patch works.

However, I'm pretty sure the game cant run in 60fps on ps2, it screws up. It would require a hefty code retiming the entire game, or at least thats how I understood it.
