Please use Discussions board for new feature requests or helps

I recently felt that it was difficult to manage Helps, Ideas, and Bug Reporting on one board (Issue Board). Meaningful discussions are often relegated to the back page, away from people's attention, and I often forget about previously reported bugs.

So I reviewed the Discussions board on Github and realized that it's a great tool for addressing issues in our community.

Now this issue board will only be used for reporting bugs and defects.
And Ideas, Helps, and new feature announcements will be on the Discussions board.
