The scroll bar for frames does not maintain its position when changing between images.

Issue description and Steps to reproduce:
When working with more than one image open, I have problems with the frame display position when switching between selected images. What happens is this: if I have many frames and need a scroll bar to view them, as in this example:

And I switch to another image by clicking on the tab (in my screenshot, to the image New2), when I go back to the previous image the scroll bar will be at the beginning.

This is very annoying when we're working with multiple images, copying frames, copying drawings, etc.

Thanks for reporting! Should be fixed now in c594ffc, the fix will be included in the next version!
