Actually it is a pretty good app, unfortunately it needs 10.0.17763.0 and packed as msix file.
If it could be decreased to 15063 even 14393, so that it would be a best thing for Windows 10 Mobile and Windows RT 10.
Only a wish, i know if there exists some difficulty porting to a so low version
