Repositories filter does not save

Describe the bug
The filter in the repositories page does not save properly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'All Repositories'
2. Apply a filter
3. On the search bar, enter data
4. Remove filter
5. On the search bar, enter data
6. Open the filter menu
7. The filter is still selected

Expected behavior
The filter status should be saved
