[Swift5] improve code sample generation

• Revert "Bugfix swift5 code generation 2966 ([Swift5] fix issues causing stack overflow #7301)"
• provide a better fix for the stackoverflow issue using HashSet

(the test added by #7301 has NOT been deleted so stackoverflow issue is covered moving forward)
