Add an optional app to sort emulators in Games menu

Sort manually, by alphabet or by playtime.
Supports themes. Uses this technique under the hood with convenience features added.

Could you add the possibly to include "Expert" apps in the regular console section too? For instance I love my Peco8 (native, not fake8), but have to jump through menus to get to it.

This is not planned at the moment, because we only have "certified" Emulators in Games. PICO-8 standalone for example requires that the user buys PICO-8, which is why it is not "certified" as ready-to-play.

It might change in the future to at least have an option to combine them or move them back and forth freely.

I think we should make this part of Tweaks -> Appearance. We don't want to add an unnecessary app icon, which needs to be themed.
