Shutdown OSD

The idea is to indicate to the user what happens during a long press on the power button.

We add an overlay like the low battery icon from batmon, a SDL overlay with a progress bar and some text, something like :

  Release now for a normal shutdown
  Continue to press for forced shutdown 3-2-1...

Then

  Forced shutdown in progress...
  Continue to press to cut power 3-2-1...

The force shutdown doesn't happen on release.. if it works, you won't need to cut power
And the same with normal shutdown, if it works, it will just happen after .5 secs
But some kind of visual feedback would be really great.. since it indicates that something is happening at least
Like, holding for 2 secs we show: "keep holding to force shutdown", then after 5 secs we show: "keep holding to turn off"
.. and then a progress bar showing the time
