Readme example does not match actual inputs

Describe the bug
The Readme example of this action is using release_version instead of the actual release_number expected input.

Expected behavior
Example uses the correct input name.

Please merge the fix provided by @jared-koiter. Also the examples are wrong for how tenants should be used.
