Spreadsheet defines levels

No centralised repository for system and user documentations.
Verify that proper access control is implemented and no passwords or keys are stored in the documentation.
Verify that documentation review is part of peer code review process.
Verify that periodic review schedule is defined to review the currency of all information in the repository.
