Calculate and add the biomass estimate for ages 1-20 to the final result GeoDataFrames #63
Description
An important output of EchoPro Matlab is the biomass estimate for ages 1-20 (in kg). Currently, these values are not calculated. These values should be added to the survey.bio_calc.transect_results_gdf and survey.bio_calc.kriging_results_gdf GeoDataFrames. In the current output file produced by EchoPro Matlab these values have the very nondescript names of 1, 2, ..., 20. I suggest we give them the names biomass_age_1, biomass_age_2, ..., biomass_age_20.
