This PR introduces CpGrid::autoRefine(...) and adds tests for both serial and parallel execution on Cartesian grids.
A follow-up PR in opm-common will provide the functionality to extract the required configuration from the AUTOREF block in the input deck. The AUTOREF keyword is used to globally refine the grid with different refinement factors in each direction. Each refinement factor must be odd and positive.
This PR is marked as not relevant for the Reference Manual until the full functionality has been implemented
