Any errors on the API side does not get forwarded to the user and just returns a nil response, to see the actual error you need to check the logs for the application.

Currently adding an error object is a breaking change, so potential solutions need to be discussed or the breaking change needs to be eaten.

The returned model does not include a status field. the only way to include this is to return another statuscode than 200-399 i guess. If its a clear error we can do some >400 errorcode and a rorerror explaining the error. Bear in mind that no result is not an error and should be handled by the client.
