pageant auto add FIDO key

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask for pageant questions, but I couldn't find any repo or contact for the cac version of pageant that supports FIDO keys.

I know I can add keys to pagent using command line options, but how to automatically add only select FIDO keys to pageant?

This is a patch to auto add capi keys from command line.

You can add FIDO prefix too. (i dont have fido keys, cannot test it)
