One more step towards multiple RPC support

Before merge:

  • resolve @todo's
  • re-run all the examples and tests
  • update comments
  • implement Close method in providers + update the BeforeEach method
  • comments with @new: add to changelog
  • comments with @changed: add to changelog
  • comments with @removed: add to changelog
  • implement rpcv9 (for now it's just a copy of v10)
  • update/add comments in all changes
