Health Randomly Refills

It's not clear what triggers a health refill. I thought it may be level ups but I've now had it reset several times without leveling.

Oh yeah, I don't really state it anywhere. Your HP and MP fully refill every time you level up. I should have a message about that in the text box when you level after a battle.

Yeah but it also did it when I didn't level up between battles sometimes as well.

Maybe I was just missing the leveled up text. I haven't seen it since playing the new version but it's also much more clear when you've been restored.
