Important
Breaking change. Saves from previous versions (< 0.1.14) can no longer be used.
Refactor saves to a more flexible format. Use TLVs instead of pre-determined field lengths to allow new fields, as well as larger fields. Should accommodate any network size and future-proof the format (much easier to add new fields, just add a new TLV).
