Updated node names so that the ini file can support more than 100 VMs
updated login name and enabled terraform to use more than 10 threads for create and destroy
Added TF_threads to the config file to enable terraform to run more than 10 threads at a time
Updated name tf_threads to TF_threads

These changes are needed to deploy a cluster over 100 VM. It also speeds up the deployment when the number of terraform threads are increased
