Newer versions of terraform enclose the hosts with quotes. This causes results in Ansible not being able to connect to the hosts
newer versions of Terraform now returns the hosts incased in quotes. This caused this script to include a additional host that Ansible was not able to connect to.

Updated ansible/geninv.sh and ssh/genconf.sh to handle the updates in newer versions of terraform to add quotes to the returned host ip addresses
