How to handle KPMs changing with time

Each year KPMs will change, but you might not want to change past assessments (if you change the KPM), and you won't want to lose all the equipment & end uses entered (if you start a new company).

IDEA 1:
Have KPM data in some kind of array with a date/year so you can connect the assessment to that year (would have the side benefit of being able to track KPMs over time) and connect what projects were done to achieve that change

IDEA 2:
Workflow with obvious guidance for archiving the company/account, copying it, and changing things.

In addition to KPMs, utility prices/use and stakeholder names may change as well in the future, even assessments might get renamed or adjusted over time (adding/deleting EEMs/NEBs etc.) and equipment might get decommissioned. Those entities are inter-connected in the system and tracked by the global ID, guid, and some operations are undoable, for example, in year 2020, a kpm1 is tracked and impacted by neb1, and an archive of kpm1 is saved with a date, later on, the kpm1 is removed or replaced by a new kpm2, then that connection is lost (neb1 wouldn't know which kpms were connected before and when). I think the cleaner way is to take a complete snapshot of the entire facility (or even entire company if we want to preserve the stakeholders at any time too). In portfolio, it would be like this,

User may have the needs to archive when they are closer to the end of data evaluation, either at the bottom of data evaluation or below "upload template" may make sense

after discussion, let's add an archive button under "Upload Template" basically create a snapshot of everything under that facility and make a copy with new name: "facility name + archived + date" under the same company.
