rate_change_interval w Bray curtis

Hello, 

I have a quick question. I have calculated the rate of change interval for my microbial dataset, but the issue is I wanted to use the Bray-Curtis distance, not the Euclidean distance. I wanted to know if there is a way for me to do this within the package. Can you please let me know?
