This PR updates our
sp-triedependency to the latest version found inpolkadot-sdkmaster branch, which contains this fix that makes it so badly constructed compact proofs do not panic when trying to decode them.As soon as this fix is included in one of the stable releases of
polkadot-sdk(probablystable2409-3), we should revert this change and go back to using the stable version.
