Delete old Lambda Versions

AWS has a Total size of all the deployment packages that can be uploaded per region limit of 75GB which will stop Zappa releasing after the limit is reached. It'd be good if there was a setting to only keep the last n versions of a function in Zappa to avoid hitting limits on accounts with heavy Zappa usage.

This ties into why I want S3 backups of all my artefacts #250.

I haven't hit that ceiling yet - you must be pushing some hefty packages! :)

I'm fine with this change, but it will require some work - a new setting (maybe two?) - and then updating the 'update' and 'deploy' command to purge any n+1 iterations away, along with new and updated tests.

At our current pace it should be a few months until we hit the ceiling, but it will happen eventually and I'd rather get the idea going a long time in advance.
It's not really an unrealistic limit to hit, 6 products, 10mb per package releasing 10 dev versions a day thanks to continuous deployment only lasts about 6 months.
