This should make ggplot respect the current ggthemr theme palette / swatch and not default to viridis.

This should make ggplot respect the current ggthemr theme palette / swatch and not default to viridis for ordinal factors.
Also resolves the issue noted in the
.Rmdupdate in #57 about the histograms.
