Mono Repo Structure Overview

This repository contains the following major projects and modules:

• Lyra Project
  Experimental AGI agent framework for research in emergent intelligence, language processing, and agent-based systems. Modular, uses FAISS, LangChain, HuggingFace, and rich console output.

• Cluster-OS / PixelArch OS
  Arch-based OS for managing Docker images and scalable AI clusters. Includes PixelArch OS (Docker-optimized Arch Linux) and tools for distributed AI training and infrastructure.

• DiscordLLMBot
  A Discord bot leveraging LLMs, RAG, and integrations with ChromaDB, LangChain, and OpenAI. Designed for interactive AI experiences on Discord.

• Endless-Autofighter
  Panda3D-based rewrite of the AutoFighter RPG. Includes legacy Pygame code, plugins, mods, and assets for extensible AI-driven gameplay.

• Subsystem-Manager
  Manages AI workloads using containerization (Docker, Podman, LXC) and PixelArch OS. Simplifies deployment, experimentation, and scaling of AI systems.

• Website
  Source for the Midori AI website (https://io.midori-ai.xyz/), built with Hugo.

• Obsidian-Notes
  Shared knowledge base and idea repository using Obsidian, for team and partner collaboration.

• Experimentation
  Contains subprojects like lrm-testing (tools for Large Reasoning Model chat and Q&A data pipeline) and rpg-note-taker.

• Programs
  Utility scripts and helper programs for cluster management, downloading, file management, login, updating, and web server operations.
