Allow interfaces to implement other interfaces #602
Description
As the RFC has been merged:
graphql/graphql-spec#373
And graphql-js v15 supports that:
graphql/graphql-js#2084
So TypeGraphQL should also conform to the new spec 💪
Currently it's blocked by #594 and its issues 🚫
