Youtube 19.09.04 with uYou 3.0.3 - Search results stop opening after few taps

Hello,

I’m using I believe the latest Youtube version 19.09.04 together with uYou 3.0.3 for iOS 14, and I noticed when I do a search, if I click some results it works and opens, but if I go back to the search and trying to tap another result it doesn’t seem to do anything. It’s like some sort of glitch.

Do you have this issue too? Is there anything to workaround this to get this to work?

I found one workaround to the issue: Click the ellipses near the result and choose “Save to watch later list” It will show “Show list” banner click on it and run the video from there. Then remove from list once done. Rinse and repeat.

There might be another way tweaking the uYou settings but I didn’t figure it out yet.

Turns out that turning the setting iPad layout in uYou fixes the issue if you’re ok with this layout. Keep in mind the layout has smaller thumbnails that might not take full advantage of your phone screen resolution so an actual fix is still preferred.
