Note

Adds Hoodi network deployments and support, including broadcast artifacts, verification script updates, and documentation entries with deployed addresses.

  • Deployments (Hoodi, chainId: 560048):
    • Add broadcast artifacts for DeployDelegationFramework, DeployEIP7702StatelessDeleGator, DeploySimpleFactory, and DeployCaveatEnforcers with deployed addresses.
  • Verification/Tooling:
    • Extend verify-utils.sh to include Hoodi (560048) in default chains and chain config (RPC/verifier).
  • Docs:
    • Add Hoodi to supported networks and list v1.3.0 contract addresses.
