Key Highlights

This is the first GitHub release for all these repositories. It includes:

• Removal of cylc7 support and move to using cylc vip instead of rose stem to launch test suites.
• Updated working practices for working with git and GitHub.
• Many optimisations to the LFRic Apps science code, through the NGARCH project.
