Python error in browser when not configured yet #888
Description
When I open MM plugin on a fresh install, with no configuration and expand the Mergin Maps root browser item, I get this:
It should show a relevant error message that I should configure the plugin, not a generic python error.
It looks like the problem is in plugin.py in create_manager()
When I configure the plugin and add my credentials, things work fine...
