Lexical as a new Rich-Text editor

Looks interesting like roosterjs with packages. Both projects have are actifly maintained. Personally I like roosterjs because Microsoft is behind it. In the pr you can see it is already working with a really small amount of code.

We really need to get rid of quilljs because its not maintained anymore and has security risks.
