Request: batch updates with time delays

Hi, I'm so happy you're maintaining this.

I'm trying to grab citation data for a lot of sources, and invariably run into the CAPTCHA problem. I was wondering if you've experimented with a time delay? Because if Scholar allows, say, 1 request per minute or per 5 minutes, then I'd happily select 500 items and simply run it overnight.

Of course I don't know if that actually gets around the problem or not, but if it did it would be great to have.
