[Feature Request ] : Edit Juicity plugin parameters & update plugin to ver 0.4.0

Hi ,
Hope you're doing great .
This is Juicity ver 0.3.0 plugin ,and needs some edition

1. Change "uuid" to "UUID" ,and default parameter should be "Not set"
2. Change "password" to "Password"
3. There is no sni in Juicity config file . Delete the whole sni .
4. Change "allowInsecure" to "Allow Insecure"
5. Change "congestionControl" to " Congestion Control" ,and add three choices [ BBR , Cubic , New-Reno] in Congestion Control .
6. Apply ver 0.4.0 Juicity changes to plugin and release ver 0.4.0 Juicity plugin .
