[BUG] Strange sound from Z-axis after upgrading to 2.1.2.5

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

I decided upgrade from 2.1.2 to 2.1.2.5 and stepper motors on Z-axis started making weird sound, like running in different mode previously.

I'm using Z axis with two stepper drivers/motors (TMC2208).

I was just testing all versions from 2.1.2 to 2.1.2.5 and 2.1.2.3 is working fine. 2.1.2.4 started behaving strangely.

It seems my problem is caused by this commit #27149. So, it's duplicate of #27341
